Who can rent from Macviewer?
Only registered businesses. We don’t offer personal rentals.
Who pays for the courier charges?
It’s completely free for you. Macviewer covers 100% of delivery and return courier charges—no questions asked.
Do you support employees outside Pune/PCMC?
Yes. We provide outside-city support with courier delivery and remote setup/pickup. Timelines are confirmed while quoting.
What happens if a device is physically damaged?
We inform your HR/contact and send a quick replacement to avoid delays. Then we assess the damage, share a short report and next steps, and handle costs as per your SLA (Service Level Agreement).
How does billing work?
Monthly billing with a GST invoice. Payments via bank transfer.
Is there a security deposit?
Zero deposit for eligible companies after KYC (Know Your Customer). Others may need a refundable security.
How fast can we get devices?
Within 24 hours in Pune/PCMC, subject to KYC approval and stock.
Can we scale up or down mid-term?
Yes. You can add, reduce, or upgrade devices during the term; we’ll update the monthly invoice accordingly.
Can you pre-configure devices with our apps and settings?
Yes. But it depends on case to case basis. We can set up standard tools and your required configurations before delivery. Share a short checklist (apps, versions, settings, user accounts) and valid licenses—we’ll image the devices accordingly.
What documents do you need for KYC (Know Your Customer)?
Typically: GSTIN, PAN, a PO/LOA on company letterhead or official email trail, registered address proof (e.g., utility bill), and ID of the authorized contact. We’ll confirm the exact list during quoting.
